We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Brimham Rocks in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.

Hours: 5 hours per day.You'll work fewer hours in the winter than in the spring to autumn season. One weekend day will be included in the working pattern throughout the year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 795 hours per year.

Working pattern would be Sundays and Mondays from November to February (additional days during the school holidays in February and December) and from March until October, the week pattern would run fortnightly Sunday/Monday/Tuesday one week and Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday the following.

As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Brimham Rocks operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking are a big part of the role alongside the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
