Pertemps are currently recruiting a facilities assistant to work with our Edinburgh based client on a part time basis.
Based in a corporate office, the purpose of the role is to ensure the core office facilities and mail processes are adgered to efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Prepare rooms for meetings
Manage and distribute office supplies
Repair and replacement or furniture, lock/key, all non-IT appliances (e.g. printersm coffee machines, microwaves, fridges)
Support office moves for new starters
Set up offices/desks for new starters and visitors
Ensure all office areas are kept tidy
Assist in mailroom when available
