Your new company

You will work for a large market leading company with an office based in Central Manchester on a hybrid basis. The company is looking for a Payroll Officer/Specialist to join their growing team, processing end to end payroll across the business.

Your new role

You will run end to end payroll on a monthly basis and be the first point of contact for employees on any payroll queries. You will keep Payroll files up to date and accurate and run the monthly reporting of pension auto-enrolment. Ensure Payroll is HMRC compliant and HMRC returns are completed efficiently. You will be the point of contact for internal and external auditors and process any new Starters, Movers or Leavers. You will also work closely with the Finance team to ensure payroll costs are accurate.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience in a similar position processing end to end payroll. You will have experience using the Oracle system and be confident in dealing with HR/Payroll data. Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables are also needed for this position. You will be able to prioritise and manage a high volume of payroll and work to meet deadlines.
