 We’re looking for an organised and customer-centric individual to take on this key role in the Clinical Services Team. This is a part-time vacancy (28 hours per week) reporting into the Quality Programme Lead. 
In the role, you’ll be responsible for administering the Denplan Quality Programme, providing a great service to our member practices, as well as additional administrative duties as required. 
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Achieving service level agreements to hit key performance indicators, through effective management of your allocated workflow
•Providing exceptional standards of customer service across all channels to member and non-member dentists, identifying and driving continuous process improvement to achieve customer satisfaction 
•Maintaining relationships within Clinical Services and with other key connections, such as Risk, Denplan Practice Advisors etc. 
•Achieving high results in regular audits/monitoring following agreed guidelines to ensure you are compliant with external regulations and internal processes.
•In line with current operational timescales and guidelines, taking ownership of informally resolving complaints, escalating to the Quality Programme Lead or Clinical Quality Complaints & Risk Manager where necessary. 
•Working closely with Clinical Support Specialists and Clinical Risk Co-ordinators to progress cases ensuring customer service standards are met and clinical policies are adhered to within the practice.  About Simplyhealth: Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives?
