We are looking for a Part-Time Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team!
The ideal person we are looking for is someone who has ideally worked as an Administrator within the Recruitment industry but would consider someone with extensive Administration experience; all training will be provided.
Salary Package & Benefits:
£12 - £15 per hour
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 5 hours per day (could be flexible on hours)
Remote working with 1-2 days a month working from a local office.
Quarterly lunches

Skills & Experience required:
Recruitment Administration experience preferred but not essential
Administration experience essential.
Able to manage and prioritise workload
Exceptional communication skills via email and over the phone
Experience using different social media platforms.
Good customer service
Attention to detail.
Experience using Xero would be a bonus
The Role:
Writing up and posting new jobs
Updating jobs on our website and job boards.
Sending invoices/ credit control through Xero
Using CRM database to update client/ candidate profiles
Sending out Terms of Business to new clients.
Social Media posts (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
General Administration
Answering phones & taking messages.
