Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Satisfaction Centre This is a part time, permanent role.

Requirements:

Liaising with customers, providing excellent service every time.
Speaking to local authorities and councils
Reporting faulty equipment
Chasing existing work
Requesting new installations and general enquiries, as well as efficiently and effectively
Planning engineer resource and workload.

Skills Required:

Excellent telephone manner and naturally friendly and empathetic style
Confident communicator
Ability to organise and plan effectively
Competent IT user, in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel),
Previous experience in customer service
