This is an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious, resourceful and self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join this specialist training provider, based in their Tonbridge offices.
  
The Day To Day:
You will be assisting the team in the planning, budgeting and forecasting of company finances and in the coordination and administration of financial records and processes. You will also be processing payroll, including amendments and journals, invoices, expenses, debtor management, bank and balance sheet account reconciliations, month end journals, along with assisting with audits and budget preparation etc.
  
About you:

• AAT qualified, or willing to undertake this qualification.
• Prior experience within accounts / finance role.
• Efficient, proactive and confident.
• Strong desire to build skills and knowledge and to undertake continuous self-development.
• Great people skills and communication ability.
• Strong IT competency, including Word, Excel and presentation skills.
• Team player.
• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English.
• If you also have experience within line management and / or the skills and training sector, this will be highly desirable.
