Coffee Lab Assistant

Calling all coffee lovers, we are the UK’s leading social enterprise coffee roaster and we have a new opening for a Laboratory Technician to join our Coffee Program Team. We make sure that drinking coffee today doesn’t destroy our chances of drinking coffee tomorrow.  If farmers can't make a living growing coffee, they’ll stop.  We put farmers first - we buy directly, pay decent prices and invest in local cooperatives. The only way to protect the future of coffee is to single-mindedly protect and support the people who grow it – and no other coffee company was literally created to do that.  Because we work in long-term relationships with farmers, we get pick of the crop – it’s a perk of our relationship.  So, we give good reason to choose our coffee. And that choice becomes a force for change.

Our brands include Cafédirect, Grumpy Mule, and Eros, and our flexible roasting and packaging capabilities make it simple to access our change-making sourcing.
