Support Worker - Learning Disabilities - Part-Time

At the Eskmills Project, our service users face challenges that affect their ability to live a fulfilling life. As a service for adults with learning difficulties, the service users are provided with supported accommodation to help ensure they get the most from their lives. We have been providing our services for 25 years’, with some of our service users being with us from the start.

It is not possible to do this without our support workers, who offer an abundance of kindness and care to the service users.

Whether you have care experience or transferable skills with a desire to help others, we would love to hear from you. In return, we will provide you with all the training you need to excel in your role, as well as a clear path of growth in your career, which can lead you to a management role within CrossReach.

In this important role, you will receive job satisfaction knowing that every day, you are making a difference to people’s lives. Every service user is unique and you will work with them to help ensure they get the opportunity to undertake the activities they enjoy.

Whether it’s baking muffins and pancakes, putting their design skills to use through the creation of handmade tshirts, art and craft days or helping out to enjoy the outdoors our service users do what they love!

As a Support Worker at Eskmills, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer contributory pension, cash health plan, retail discounts and generous holiday allowance.
