As a Marketing Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of legal requirements, marketing best practices, and attention to detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance procedures, conduct audits, and provide training to promote a culture of compliance. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proven track record of successful compliance initiatives, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what you’ll be doing

You’ll be a marketing compliance expert within E. ON Next, working in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of tasks and meeting tight deadlines. You’ll build excellent relationships and provide internal support and guidance to enable the very best service to our customers.

Bringing to the role your experience of marketing regulation such as Ofgem Licence Conditions, GDPR, Ofcom and ASA, you will work in partnership across all functions within E. ON Next, supporting the delivery of adherence to marketing compliance and, ensuring that we are treating customers fairly and developing relationships with internal and external colleagues.

As a Marketing Compliance lead in E. ON Next you will:

  • Work in conjunction with the E.ON Next commercial and Go to Market teams to create innovative solutions.

  • Be an ambassador for the E.ON Brand.

  • Provide clear and concise interpretation of regulation such as Ofgem Licence Conditions, GDPR, Ofcom and ASA, CAP & BCAP advertising codes

  • Promote regulatory standards and expectations, working across the business to share your expertise and to support and educate colleagues

  • Be responsible for supporting the wider E. ON Next organisation with advice, making sure it is coherent, consistent and complete

  • Enjoy working independently, at all levels, and thrive in a busy environment
