Salary: Circa £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience (will be pro-rated for part-time hours)What we can offer you:
Dynamic (hybrid) working: We trust our people to agree, within their teams, where and when they can be most effective. Our Dynamic Working policy allows individuals flexibility around the hours they work and where they work. Typically for this role you will work 1 day per week on-site
Flexible working: This role is looking to work either part-time or a flexible working pattern - ideally 25-30 hours per week
The opportunity:Due to an increase in workload an opportunity has arisen for a Bid Lead specifically to join the Manufacturing Business Management Team, focusing on New Business. We are a dynamic and forward thinking part of the MBDA manufacturing organisation.
You will be working collaboratively with our internal partners across sales, engineering, project management and manufacturing to help provide the manufacturing cost element for all bids.
What we're looking for from you:Being a key member of the new business team you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other team members, challenge the norm and implement change within the organisation.
