An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Purchase Ledger Administrator in Diss.

Working with a hugely successful, leading Norfolk based business and with a happy, friendly team.

Reporting to the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the accounts payable function, with duties including:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Ensuring all invoices are authorised by the relevant person where there is no purchase order
  • Coding and processing supplier invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Taking ownership of and resolving any queries, ensuring the ledger is clean, tidy and reconciled at all times
  • Dealing with ad-hoc supplier queries 

The successful person will have experience with purchase ledger and have good IT skills.
