Accounts Administrator / Part Time / Flexible / Cookstown

Reed Accountancy & Finance are working to support a local business in Cookstown with the recruitment of a part time Accounts Administrator.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity, office based.

Working closely with the Accounts and Office Manager, the Administrator will assist with purchase ledger and day to day accounts administration working with Sage software.

Duties will involve:

Purchase ledger

Invoice processing

Matching invoices to delivery dockets

Credit control

Updating supplier accounts

Filing and general administration as required

The Person:

Applicants should be highly organised, proficient with Sage software and MS Excel and happy to work 20 - 24 hours per week.

Applicants will be happy to work as part of a small team and will have excellent communication skills.
