Teaching Assistant - Watford

Contract type: Long-term (potentially potentially leading to a permanent position if you're a superstar teaching assistant!)

Salary: £85 per day PAYE

About the Teaching Assistant role:

• You will support the children through exciting activities, dealing with any struggles the children are faced with.
• Providing an inclusive, fun and passionate environment for the children to thrive in.
• Form professional relationships with parents and other team members, working collaboratively to allow each child to flourish.
• Keeping the children safe, keeping an eye out for any hazard so that the day runs as smoothly and happy as possible.

Recruitments:

• Prior experience working with children
• Ideally have an understanding of special educational needs
• It is desirable to have qualifications in Early Years Education
• Experience working with young children schools or nurseries
• Have a passion for positively influencing the lives of small children
