Part Time Concierge - £11.44 per hour - Manchester City Centre - Mon-Fri 11am to 3pm

We are looking for a Part Time Concierge to join our Manchester based luxury office provider as a member of our Concierge Team!

The package for Part Time Concierge:

• £11.44 per hour
• Monday to Friday hours 11am to 3pm
• Full training and support
• The opportunity to work in some of the most prestigious buildings in Manchester
• Flexible hours

Are you looking for a role will offer casual hours with no weekend work based in the heart of Manchester? Do you thrive on meeting new people and want a position that will offer flexibility? If so, this role as a Part Time Concierge could be for you!

The responsibilities of Part Time Concierge:

* Ensure the building is kept safe at all times, being mindful of risks and reporting where necessary
* Monitor the security of the building including CCTV
* Reception duties, the face of the building, welcome guests, first point of call for clients and colleagues
* Record keeping, ensuring all building patrols, visits and incidents are documented
* Carry out evacuations, fire drills and tests
* Answer any building queries
* Keep the reception area clean and tidy
* Assist the building manager with ordering building parts

Experience for Part Time Concierge:

• Previous Concierge experience would be advantageous but not essential
• An organised individual
• Professional with a polite manor at all times
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
