Job description:

You will be responsible for:

Basic preparation of food and drinks Preparation of vegetables and snacks Simple cooking of food (including the heating and/or reconstitution of convenience foods and vegetables) Transportation and serving of meals (including the packing and unpacking of food into containers) Washing up and clearing away equipment Cash handling Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and the equipment

Your new role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Catering Assistant to join our Edinburgh Schools account in Firrhill High school, 9 Oxgangs Rd N, Edinburgh EH14 1DP.

This role is on-site based.

Salary £12.00 per hour

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

The standard hours of work are 18 hours Per Week (shift pattern Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 14:00 Friday 09:30 to 11:30)
