Your new company
My client in the education sector are looking for a HRBP to add to their team. This is a home-based role, but there will be regular travel to the schools within the Trust, all of which are in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area. They will consider someone who wants to work full-time or part-time or term-time only.
Your new role
If you are a strong generalist with experience of working in the Education sector, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your HR expertise to support both leaders and staff, then this role may well be the one for you.
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR strategy and be part of a dedicated team passionate about delivering excellence in education. You will provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting a positive working culture.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a generalist HR role in the education sector. Experience of managing complex casework through to dismissal is essential.
