SALARY £25-27,000 DOE

My client has an exciting opportunity for an EXPERIENCED PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR to join their very busy department. They are looking for a strong Administrator to work closely with the two Managing Directors. Administration experience is essential along with excellent computer skills.

Brief Role Description:

  • Preparing and typing of letters and emails
  • Appointment making for Directors
  • Taking and making of calls
  • Filing and updating records
  • Ensuring all documents maintained accurately
  • Collating figures
  • Updating records
  • Other general administration duties when required

  • Professional and presentable
  • Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
  • Reliable & highly organised with ability to multi-task and prioritise work load effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
