Part-Time Private Client Lawyer

Location: Bedford

PQE: 1+

I am thrilled to announce a new role within my client's team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in Bedford. With a focus on high-quality work, this team handles a broad spectrum of private client matters, including Will preparation, tax planning, complex probate work, and estate planning issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare wills, handle tax planning, and manage complex probate work and estate planning matters.
2. Serve private clients, including those originating from commercial clients.
3. Collaborate with a team of Senior Associates, NQs, and trainees in Bedford.

You will need to a minimum of 1PQE as a qualified lawyer with experience in private client matters. Have a strong understanding of probate, wills, trusts, and estate planning issues. You must also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and under leadership.
