Responsibilities:

• As a Midday Assistant, oversee and manage lunchtime activities in the dining hall and playground.
• Ensure compliance with the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies as a Midday Assistant.
• Collaborate effectively with other Midday Assistants and staff to ensure a safe and orderly lunch period for all students.

Requirements:

• Current childcare qualification minimum NVQ2, with a willingness as a Midday Assistant to pursue further qualifications such as NVQ3.
• Commitment from the Midday Assistant to undertake essential training, including First Aid, Health and Safety, and additional safeguarding courses.
• Capability to understand and implement complex school policies effectively as a Midday Assistant.
