Reward Partner

Our client, a leading leisure and holiday company in the UK is seeking a Reward partner to join their existing HR team on a full or part time basis.

The successful candidate will be predominantly dealing with the compensation and benefits. You will be dealing with the following:

  • Reward strategy.
  • Project management
  • Discovery and benchmarking
  • Stakeholder management

Successful candidates will have previous reward strategy, benefit, project experience and ideally come from a hospitality or retail background.

This role can be full time across 35 hours or part time 21 hours with flexible working hours available.

22 days, rising to 25 days after 2 years' service, plus holiday buy scheme.

There is an attractive base salary with up to 20% bonus.
