£20,280 (based on 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities of our Transport Administrator

• Support the Transport Manager in the running of a busy Transport Department.
• Make payments to customers using NuaPay
• Hours: 8.30am to 15.30pm Monday to Friday
• Liaising with Customers to organise delivery and collection times for their motorcycles

Key Attributes

• Excellent phone manner to speak with customers and drivers.
• Excellent eye for detail, able to identify problems and resolve issues.
• Strong numeracy/literacy/IT skills.
• Experience in a Customer Service role.
• Must have a flexible attitude to work.
