Bank Recovery Worker

Lewes, Uckfield, Newhaven, Hailsham, Eastbourne, Bexhill and St Leonards

£13.56 per hour

In this role you would be supporting the team to facilitate group based support, which have psychoeducation and psychosocial themes, alongside the delivery of one to one support sessions. This would include contacting clients who have been referred or self-referred to the service, to work collaboratively with clients to develop recovery plans and to support the clients to increase their resilience and coping skills.

You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work as a team player and at times be able to work autonomously all whilst showing your own resilience.

Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of local NHS and community support services and experience of working with people with mental health difficulties.

This is an exciting opportunity supporting individuals on their Mental Health Recovery journey all whilst gaining valuable knowledge and training with one of the leading providers of mental health support within the county.

Please note: Bank staff can express interest in working for one or multiple sites all of which are accessible by public transport. Each Wellbeing Centre will have a rota that will be circulated highlighting any available shifts. To provide additional flexibility you will be able to cover the site or sites most convenient for you.
