Payroll and HR Coordinator

Our client is looking for a part time Payroll/HR coordinator to work in a small team of 4.

Main Responsibilities

  • Weekly payroll - Payroll experience required. They use Sage Payroll 50 and the payroll is weekly for about 50 people. They will cross train if someone has used a different payroll package to sage. They will also train on any aspects of basic sales and purchase ledger so that you can assist so must be figure orientated.
  • HR Duties, including:

- New Starters

- Contracts

- Handbooks

- Renewing CRB's when required

- Administering AXA healthcare

- Driving mandates
