Personal Assistant

This is a rare opportunity to work as a Private PA supporting a HNWI in South Cambridge. Working within the beautiful grounds of their home, you will be managing all things PA/EA related!

Position: Private Personal Assistant
Location: South Cambridge
Schedule: Part-time, 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We're looking for someone with prior experience in a similar PA role, preferably with exposure to the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between family members and external contacts.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with basic accounting and financial management tasks.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, including occasional errands and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar Personal Assistant role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the property industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to adapt and take on a variety of tasks, including more menial duties.
