Contract Type: Part-time, permanent

Salary: Starting at £13,468.50 with progression to 13,893.50 per annum including London Weighting

This role requires an enthusiastic and experienced media technician to assist in managing the day-to-day running of our multimedia rooms and editing suites, including a wide range of digital and moving image media equipment.

You should be proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, with experience of working in an educational environment and experience of industry standard hardware and software. You will be required to provide software and hardware inductions and in-class technical support for students and staff across a range of media projects (including photography, moving image and digital media).

You should have a strong interest in Film, TV, Design and Photography equipment and you will be expected to troubleshoot problems as they arise and provide support to staff and students in a friendly and calm manner whilst working in a busy environment. You are encouraged to expand your knowledge and will be given support and training to develop in your role.
