Waddington Brown are working in partnership with an award-winning legal firm on their key appointment of an Internal Recruitment Partner to join them asap!

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support senior management in their recruitment of qualified solicitors and business support staff across 3 offices in Ipswich, Colchester and North London. This is a newly created Recruitment Partner role so you will have the opportunity to shape the role and bring all the recruitment knowledge that you have developed to date. You will work with Partners and senior management to understand their recruitment challenges, build talent pipelines, help build the employee proposition and develop the employer brand in the marketplace, supporting the vision of being the "Best place to work". Ideally you will have experience recruiting senior roles within professional services but a passion to learn the industry alongside established headhunting and networking experience will also be considered.

As this role covers 3 locations, an element of travel will be necessary so access to a vehicle is required. Our client is happy to consider this role on a full time or part time basis. Hybrid working is also available on successful completion of probation.
