Working Hours:
  • Two days per week (flexible on days)
  • Standard hours: 8.30am to 5pm
Job Description

The HR Manager will be a key partner to managers across the business, supporting and enhancing our organisational culture. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives and values.
  • Overseeing operational HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Providing comprehensive support to managers in all aspects of the employee life cycle, including development and performance management.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and, where applicable, international regulations.
  • Handling ad hoc duties and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a standalone capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a wide range of HR functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships at various organisational levels.
