Neighbourhood Administrator Part-time - 29.6 hours per week

We have a brand new opportunity here at Havebury Housing, as a Neighbourhood Administrator (Part-time - 29.6 hours per week). The hours can be worked as 4 full working days or the hours can be spread over 5 days! The Neighbourhood Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Neighbourhood & Estates team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in housing management. This role involves administrative tasks, resident support, and community engagement.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Manage resident and stakeholder enquiries (across all platforms) aiming to provide resolution at first point of contact and ensure that all customer interactions & contact data are accurately recorded and processed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Neighbourhood and Estate Management matters, recording issues, actions and communications on the Cx housing management and other IT systems as appropriate
  • Support Team Leaders in ensuring external appointments and visits are allocated to appropriate team members in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately record and deal with informal complaints relating to Neighbourhood and estate management, aiming to resolve at first contact. Deal effectively with complex or escalated enquiries, acting as a point of reference for difficult calls
  • Support the Neighbourhood & Estates team in working with residents and partner agencies to identify community needs and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with the engagement team in organising community events and initiatives
  • Complete Anti-Social Behaviour satisfaction surveys at key points throughout a cases investigation to ensure action is taken and to help deliver improvements to the customer experience

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Experience of undertaking administration duties
  • Experience of dealing sympathetically, respectfully and fairly with people from all backgrounds
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of using of Microsoft packages, MS Word and MS Excel and able to understand and operate housing management IT systems
  • Good oral and written communication skills, able to keep accurate records and communicate clearly with people of all backgrounds
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage, plan and deliver workload in accordance with priorities
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills, able to multi task and meet deadlines
