Job Description: We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our team in Northampton. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools across the area, covering short-term absences, maternity leave, and other temporary vacancies. This role offers flexibility and the chance to gain valuable experience in different school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to the needs and abilities of students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student progress and development.
• Follow lesson plans and schemes of work provided by the school, adapting them as necessary to suit the needs of the class.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and supportive atmosphere for learning.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers, fostering a sense of community within the school.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching in primary schools.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
• Valid DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willing to get one).
