Role Overview:
As a Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a variety of schools in Milton Keynes. Whether it's covering short-term absences, supporting with PPA cover, or providing additional classroom support, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities.
• Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 settings is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt to different environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.
