Recruitment Administrator

Attwood Perks is a small, specialist, independent IT Recruitment Consultancy in Ipswich with big plans. We are now looking for a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join the business on a part-time basis, to work directly with the Company Director (Matt) and take ownership of the candidate process.

This position is a varied one that will ensure no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing potential job candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and our CRM.
  • Using search strings and Boolean searches to identify key criteria.
  • Calling warm and cold job candidates to understand their requirements and to discuss any live vacancies we are managing.
  • Managing the full candidate life cycle from initial sourcing, telephone interview, interview preparation, offer management and aftercare.
  • Performing candidate update calls.
  • Offering general career and local market advice to job candidates.
  • Writing engaging and persuasive email copy to attract more job candidates.
  • Writing compelling job adverts and posting them to job boards.
  • Reviewing applications ensuring all candidates receive a response in line with our internal standards.
  • CRM management.
  • CV formatting and adjustments.
  • Other administrative tasks as and when required.

Ideal experience:

  • Experience of working within a recruitment / talent role, speaking with job candidates over the phone to discuss open vacancies.
  • Ability to present key vacancy information in an articulate, professional and persuasive manner.
  • Managing the full vacancy life cycle from initial contact with a job candidate through to interview, offer and then aftercare.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Good verbal and written English.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to learn more about IT, Data and Digital in order to boost knowledge and credibility in a highly competitive job market.
  • A positive attitude and growth mindset.
