Our client is looking for 2 professional Receptionists to work on a part time basis at their head office in Knowsley. These roles will be based on the front desk of a corporate office and as a Receptionist you will be the main point of contact for visitors / suppliers.
Main responsibilities will be:
Meeting and greeting visitors and working closely with the on-site security team to book in visitors vehicles
Handling all communications in and out of reception
Managing meeting roomes and ensuring they are kept clean and tidy
Assisting with post room functions and dealing with couriers
Managing bookings for the conference centre and ensuring the support hub meeting room system is kept up to date
Supporting the PA's with ad hoc tasks
It is vital for these roles that you have previous office based skills, great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and IT systems knowledge such as Excel.
In return:
Hours available - Monday to Friday 8.30 to 1pm or Monday to Friday 12.30 to 5pm, these roles will be office based in Knowsley. Hourly rate between £12 - 13 per hour. Free parking available.
