“For birthday functions Prahran has no better place to go,” explained Katie Shaffer after her most recent birthday was celebrated at Oscar Cooper. “I gathered with friends and family, and we laughed and enjoyed making this one of the most fun birthdays I’ve ever had.”

Dan O’Dowl agree. “I have never been much of a birthday guy,” explains the 31-year-old. “I’ve been to the different birthday functions South Yarra offers for some of my friends, but thought it really wasn’t that great. However, when my friend Gina took me to Cooper’s to celebrate, I had to admit it was a birthday I won’t forget for quite some time.”
