We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our client based in burton on Trent as a part-time Invoicing Administrator. You will be responsible for managing the invoicing process using Xero, a cloud-based accounting software.
Generate accurate and timely invoices for our clients using Xero software
Maintain an organized system for tracking invoices and payments within Xero
Reconcile payments received with invoices issued and update records accordingly
Dealing with Purchase Ledger
We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, experienced in using Xero and has excellent communication skills. This role offers flexible working hours.
