SEN Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a long term teaching assistant to join a lovely SEN school based in Shifnal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist students with their academic and personal development.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who may require additional assistance.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational strategies.
- Contribute to the planning and organization of educational activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or training in education-related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
