Female Support Worker
Pay rate: £14.33 - £14.85 per hour
Shift Pattern: Day Shifts -  Monday to Friday 0800-1600 (2 days from 5 days available)

We’re looking for a kind, calm and confident Support Worker to help care for a bright and resilient little girl with complex medical needs.

She lives with Turner’s Syndrome, ASD, scoliosis and other health conditions, and requires daily support with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and PEG feeding. Clinical care includes suctioning, medication, emergency preparedness, and supporting safe, comfortable routines at home.

She enjoys gentle play and family life, and thrives with a consistent, caring presence. You’ll work closely with her family to ensure her environment is safe, calm and nurturing.

We’re looking for someone experienced in complex clinical care, with a positive attitude and a passion for making a real difference.

This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager.
