Waking Nights Support Worker – Todmorden (2 Nights per Week)

We are looking for a caring and reliable Waking Nights Support Worker to join a welcoming residential service in Todmorden, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Role: Waking Nights Support Worker

Hours: Part-time – 18 hours per week (2 nights, including weekends/bank holidays on a rota)

Pay: £24,892 – £26,096 pro rata (depending on qualifications & experience)

The Role:

You will provide overnight care and support in a safe and supportive setting, helping residents feel secure, comfortable, and confident during the night. This is a rewarding role where you’ll encourage independence while being on hand to offer reassurance and assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

  • Experience in care is desirable but not essential
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Able to work nights, including weekends/bank holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
