• Location: Coop, Wellingborough
• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with part-time including weekends and weekend only options available

Base rate: £12.69 per hour, with additional premiums: Nights (+£2.46 per hour), Weekends (+£1.76 per hour)

Your Responsibilities

• Picking, moving, and tracking stock—sometimes using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and sometimes by hand
• Utilising digital tools to manage orders efficiently
• Maintaining a safe, tidy, and timely warehouse environment
• Supporting fellow team members to achieve collective goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience is welcome, but not required—we provide comprehensive training
• Reliable, eager to learn, and ready for a challenge
• Strong team player

 Shift Patterns

• Days: 04:00–12:00 or 06:00–14:00
• Backs: 12:00–20:00 or 14:00–22:00
• Nights: 22:00–06:00
• Full-time- working 50% weekends, part-time (including weekends), and weekend shifts available
