The Foundation exists to enable women in low and middle-income countries to start, sustain and grow successful businesses. Through its pioneering programmes and partnerships, it empowers women entrepreneurs to access the skills, networks and confidence they need to fulfil their potential, create opportunities for others, and drive inclusive economic growth.
As the Foundation enters an important new phase under the leadership of Executive Director Kate Mulhearn, it is refocusing its work to remain relevant, impactful and financially sustainable in a changing global context. The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the Foundation's financial sustainability and effectiveness during this crucial period. Reporting to the Executive Director (formerly the Director of Finance and Operations), this is a broad and hands-on role responsible for ensuring sound financial management, clear insight, and excellent partnership across teams.
This role will take ownership of day-to-day financial management and analysis. You'll be trusted to bring structure, rigour and proactive insight to the organisation's finances, helping strengthen its foundations and enable informed, strategic decision-making.
