Location: Saxmundham
Contract Type: Part-Time (22.5 hours/week) Full time in the office
Additional Requirement: Flexibility to cover additional days during annual leave periods.

As Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Working closely with the Office Administrator, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of administrative processes and provide a professional front-of-house experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Reception duties: handling calls, post, deliveries, and greeting visitors
  • Preparing refreshments for client meetings
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies

Client Support

  • Updating client records and contact details
  • Preparing onboarding forms and engagement letters
  • Coordinating client mailings

General Support

  • Photocopying, binding documents
  • Assisting with internal events and group activities

Why you?

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); touch-typing preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm and professional approach in client-facing situations
  • Awareness of GDPR and ability to handle confidential information discreetly
