Our client is a well-established private dental practice located in North West London, seeking a part-time receptionist to join their team. This opportunity would suit an experienced receptionist looking for a local, part-time role.

The position is office-based and will be worked on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Fridays from 8:30am to 1:00pm.

The successful candidate will be joining a warm and friendly team and will act as an ambassador for the company.

Duties:

• Meeting and greeting patients

• Answering incoming calls and booking appointments

• Updating patient notes and details on in-house database

• Taking payments for treatments over the phone

• Responding to patient emails and queries

• Basic administration duties
