Duties


Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, demonstrating professional phone etiquette

Organising and maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information

Data entry and updating records accurately using Microsoft Office applications

Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and organising company calendars

Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required

Handling administrative support tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents

Supporting team members with various clerical duties to enhance overall office efficiency

Requirements


Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)

Experience in data entry and general clerical work with high accuracy levels

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Administrative experience is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
