About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing e-commerce invoices and supporting the finance function to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile e-commerce invoices accurately.
Assist with general bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding invoice queries.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in accounts or finance administration is desirable.
Experience with Xero accounting software is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Additional Information:
Hours: Flexible between 20–30 hours per week, but fully office-based.
Transport: A car is essential due to the location.
Salary: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
