Learning support assistant

Pay: £90 - £100 per day

Contract type: Long term, part time (3/4 days per week, 8:30am - 3:30pm)

Location: Hadlow, Tonbridge

Start date: ASAP

About the role

At Term Time Teachers, we are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our growing agency team and support a further education institute in Hadlow. In this role, you will work with students aged 16+ who experience challenges in their learning, helping them to stay motivated and achieve their goals. Throughout your day, you will work closely with teachers, assist with classroom management, and deliver small group sessions to enhance students' engagement, focus, and overall learning experience.

Requirements

• Experience working with students who have special educational needs or learning support requirements as well as mainstream school experience.
• Hold right to work in UK
• Have an enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
