We are looking to recruit an Industry Placement /Work Experience Coordinator on 18 hours a week to join the Apprenticeships Team at Hertford Regional College (HRC), based in the Broxbourne Campus, to arrange, co-ordinate and manage Industry and work experience placements, for 16-19 cohorts across all Learning areas. This role is based on site for the 3 days a week.

About You
You will display a passion for working with young people, ideally within the Further Education sector. You will have experience of working with external providers and/or employers to build and nurture relationships. You will possess effective customer service skills and the ability to manage and communicate with young people effectively.
You will collaborate with colleagues whilst using your own initiative. You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills and competent in using IT systems.
