Client Care Advisor (CCA) / Receptionist – Join the Voo Vets Family!

Location: Ripley, Cobham, Pyrford

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday with 1:3 Saturdays)

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Client Care Advisor / Receptionist to join our amazing team at Voo Vets!

You’ll be the smiling face that welcomes clients and their pets, supports our clinical team, and helps make every visit a positive, stress-free experience. From greeting clients and booking appointments to assisting in consults and keeping our reception running smoothly you’ll play a key role in creating a practice that both pets and people love.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointments, payments, and client communications
• Keep reception areas tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked
• Support the vet team by preparing consult rooms and assisting with patient handling
• Help with prescriptions, lab samples, and general admin
• Be a key part of keeping our day running smoothly!

About You

• Experience in a customer-facing role (vet or medical experience a bonus!)
• Confident communicator with great organisational skills
• Positive, empathetic, and thrives in a busy team environment
• IT-savvy and happy to learn new systems
• Passionate about pets and providing great service
