Sales Executive (Part Time)                        Permanent / Monday - Friday - 9.30am - 1pm  Stoke on Trent £18per hour + Commission

We're working with a well-established and forward-thinking insurance specialist in Stoke-on-Trent who's on the lookout for a Part-Time Sales Executive to join their growing team.
 
This isn't your typical call centre gig — it's a friendly, supportive environment where personality counts just as much as performance. You'll be connecting with existing and lapsed customers, helping them renew their insurance, and earning great commission along the way.
 
If you love chatting to people, building rapport, and hitting those satisfying "yes" moments, this could be the perfect fit.
 
What you'll be doing

• Calling existing and previous clients to discuss renewals and provide tailored insurance quotes.
• Re-engaging lapsed customers and keeping your sales pipeline buzzing with warm leads.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right cover.
• Delivering friendly, professional service and turning conversations into conversions.
• Keeping accurate records and working towards realistic, achievable sales targets.

 
Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in sales, insurance, or outbound calling (B2B or B2C).
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and closing deals.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
• Great time management and an organised approach to your work.
• Insurance experience (especially fleet or vehicle) is a big plus — but not essential! Full training is provided.
