We are seeking a proactive Finance Administrator to join our team in a small company with lovely offices located in Watford. This role offers flexible start and finish times, typically covering Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is a permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in managing financial tasks and customer interactions.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handling invoicing and managing the purchase ledger.
  • Taking payments and assisting with credit control.
  • Raising purchase orders as required.
  • Addressing customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring accurate financial records and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proactive nature with the ability to work independently.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in finance administration tasks such as invoicing, credit control, and handling purchase orders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks are advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
