Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
  • Qualify prospects and book discovery calls / meetings for our clients
  • Nurture relationships and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate with our strategy and delivery teams to improve campaign performance


Your Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or SDR roles (agency or B2B experience a strong plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
  • A self-starter with excellent time management and follow-up discipline
  • Goal-oriented — you thrive on hitting and exceeding targets
