Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
Build and manage outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
Qualify prospects and book discovery calls / meetings for our clients
Nurture relationships and maintain accurate CRM records
Collaborate with our strategy and delivery teams to improve campaign performance
Your Skills
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or SDR roles (agency or B2B experience a strong plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
A self-starter with excellent time management and follow-up discipline
Goal-oriented — you thrive on hitting and exceeding targets
